Finding Self-Acceptance Through Yoga and Expressive Arts

I hope last week's blog on making peace with the mirror was helpful and offered you a new perspective on how to practice relating to your reflection through a lens of kindness.

This week I'm excited to share that Episode 4 of Real Body Talk just dropped! This episode was particularly special to me, because I interviewed my beloved teacher and mentor, Erin Byron, MA. Erin is the author of Yoga for the Creative Soul and a leading expert in the area of yoga therapy and trauma. She's had a tremendous influence on my work and personal growth.

I talked with Erin about how can we use creativity and yoga therapy to heal our relationship with food and our body. Now, if you are like me, and aren't so gifted with artistic abilities -- not to worry. You will find Erin's definition of creativity to be totally accessible -- not intimidating at all. Thank goodness! Plus, my conversation with Erin is packed with great takeaways and tips you can apply to your recovery and life.

I invite you to give yourself a treat and take 20 minutes to tune into my interview with Erin and learn how a little creativity can go a long way in helping us practice self-acceptance. You can check out episodes 1, 2, and 3 of Real Body Talk on my YouTube channel.
