Embracing Recovery As A Practice: Journaling & Meditation Group


This 6-week course offers community and a safe space for guided meditation and journaling to explore how to embrace recovery as an active practice we participate in each day. Begin your week with self-reflection and learn concepts from yoga philosophy to help guide your daily healing.

This course is based on my upcoming book, due out Winter 2021 and will meet Mondays on Zoom from 11AM to 12:15 PM EST on March 8, March 15, March 22, March 29, April 5, April 12.

Includes:

  • Six 75-minute groups

  • Weekly emails for continued support that include the journaling prompts and an audio recording of the meditation we did in group

  • Supportive & caring community who “really get it”

*Please note this is NOT a therapy group. This Journaling & Meditation Group is for the purpose of self-reflection, sharing, and empowering each other.
