May Mindfulness Journey



This 4-week virtual program includes a 30-minute mindfulness session every Friday during the month of May. Explore the power of mindfulness in recovery by learning and practicing various methods of mindful living. Follow along live or with the recording (Note: Only the teacher will be recorded, not the participants).

This special program, led by Yoga for Eating Disorders teacher Abbey Morris will introduce a powerful theme each week relevant to recovery and guide you through a mindful exercise followed by time for reflection and discussion.

The class meets Friday May 7, May 14, May 21, and May 28 from 11 AM to 11:30 AM on Zoom. Join the live class or follow along with the recordings (Note: Only the teacher will be recorded, not the participants or discussions).

These classes are taught from a trauma informed, eating disorder recovery, and mental health perspective. All are welcome. No prior experience required.
