Self-Care Strategies for the Holidays and Beyond

We are sorry, but this event has been canceled. Please visit our list of upcoming classes to join us for another program.

In a world where everyone is talking about self-care, it’s easy to get overwhelmed with all the options and pressure to do it “right.” Add in the holiday season, and taking care of ourselves can feel difficult and exhausting. So how to do we navigate it all? How do we learn what truly works for our own personal self-care needs and preferences and use them during stressful times, like the holidays?

You are invited to join Maz Connolly and Jessica Grosman for a virtual 2-hour workshop that will help you to curate your own self-care toolbox and understand how to mindfully implement self-care options into your life using the yoga philosophies of ahimsa (kindness) and santosha (contentment) as your guides.

We will explore how to approach self-care from a place of self-love and compassion rather than from a “should” or fad. There will be opportunities to connect with others and explore sample self-care techniques to see what resonates with your needs and preferences. You will come away with a self-care toolbox that can be used to help with any potential stress of the holiday season as well as daily life.

This virtual workshop is a live on Zoom only. A recording will not be available.

All are welcome!

Tuition: $35
