Candlelight Compassionate & Mindful Yin Yoga Class

The Holiday Season is a time when our schedules may be full of noise, activity, stressful, and obligations with family and friends. Amidst the hustle and bustle of the season, there is nothing more important than making the time to care for yourself.

We invite you to greet the season in a supportive, nurturing and quiet place, a time where your body can come to a restful stillness. Join Yoga for Eating Disorders yoga teacher Jessica Grosman for Candlelight Compassionate & Mindful Yin Yoga on Monday, November 22, from 8 to 9 PM EST. Light a candle, and come to your mat for a practice themed in Gratitude. Allow your body to slow down and receive the rest that you deserve.

Follow along live on Zoom or with the recording. All participants will receive the recording and have access to it through January 2, 2022.

This yoga class is taught from a trauma informed, eating disorder recovery, and mental health perspective and are accessible for all bodies. All are welcome. No prior yoga experience required.

Tuition: $12
