Free Group: Your Body is Your Home

Join Y4ED faculty members Jessica Grosman, MS, RD, LDN, RYT-500, and Candice Poole, MA, LPC, NCC, for 4 virtual interactive discussions based on themes from the book Reclaiming Body Trust, by Hilary Kinavery, MS, LPC, and Dana Sturtevant, MS, RD.

Over the four sessions, we will explore:

Week 1: What is body trust?

Week 2: What makes a body a peaceful place to call home?

Week 3: How do we find peace and comfort in our body? (Incorporating somatic experiences, pranayama, positive affirmations, etc)

Week 4: How do we live in our home (our body) with intention (tending to daily practices, rituals, and habits)?

This group is free and will meet on Zoom on January 9, January 23, February 13, and February 27 from 7 PM to 7:30 PM EST. You are welcome to attend all 4 meetings or drop in when you are available. Participants are NOT required to read Reclaiming Body Trust; Jessica and Candice will be using this book as inspiration for the discussion.

*Please note this is NOT a therapy group. The series will only be offered live. Recordings will not be available.

REGISTRATION IS NO LONGER OPEN FOR THIS GROUP
