Recovery Is Brave

I love the newsletters that my colleague and dear friend Jean Dixon (@Sensitivesoultherapist) sends out on Sundays. In a recent edition she included a "gentle reminder" that I wanted to share with all of you, as her words went straight to my heart and lifted me up. Maybe Jean's words will speak to you too.

Jean writes:

Today, wherever you are in your journey, I invite you to place a hand on your heart and remember:

• You are not broken for taking time to heal

• Your pace is the right pace

• The path isn't supposed to be straight

• Every step – forward, backward, or sideways – is teaching you something essential

You're doing the bravest work there is. And even on days when it feels like you've lost ground, you're still exactly where you need to be - two steps ahead.

Thank you, Jean 💗
