The Holidays and Recovery
The holidays are hard, with or without an eating disorder. With an eating disorder, they can be hellish. Yet, getting through them while continuing to take care of yourself is 100% possible. So, on these overwhelming days, focus on the basics, and it's ok to keep it simple.
It doesn't have to look pretty or feel good.
Just get it done and, at the end of the day, acknowledge you did your best, and trust that's enough. 💛
