Yoga Therapy for Recovery

Yoga therapy is a holistic healing modality that restores physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health and draws on the practices, tools, and philosophies of yoga to support the eating disorder recovery journey. Each virtual individual yoga therapy session is customized to meet you where you are and includes centering exercises, discussion, gentle movement, breathing practices, yoga philosophies, and goal setting to foster healing. Yoga therapy complements your work with a therapist, dietician, and other care providers.
