Klein, M.A., and Jennifer Kreatsoulas, PhD, E-RYT 500, C-IAYT, for a special yoga and writing workshop and experience what’s possible when we take time out to breathe, move, and express ourselves in empowering and affirming ways. You don’t need to be a “yogi” or a “writer” to experience the magic that happens when we get quiet enough to listen to the words, phrases, and narratives that move our minds and lead us to a greater respect for and appreciation of our bodies.
No yoga or writing experience needed. All are welcome.
