This 2-hour workshop with Jennifer Kreatsoulas, author of Body Mindful Yoga, is an opportunity to connect with others and deepen your recovery. We will share a Yoga practice focused on the healing qualities of breath and movement. We will also explore some of the mythology and language associated with the Yoga poses as they relate to recovery. No Yoga experience is needed. All are welcome, including family members and supports of individuals in eating disorder recovery.
