Come experience how yoga can be a helpful tool in improving body image and self-confidence. This workshop is based on the teachings and practices in my book Body Mindful Yoga and includes discussion on the relationship between language and body image, self-reflection exercises, and an uplifting flowing yoga practice. You will learn how to apply the teachings in this workshop in your daily life and continue your personal Body Mindful Yoga journey. No yoga experience needed. All are welcome.
